1) How do I make an appointment?

The easiest way to schedule a new appointment is to click on the Make Appt button near the top of every page. You can then select which provider you want to use, what service you'd like, and what time or day you prefer. Once you confirm your appointment, it is added to your schedule. The process is illustrated here as one of our Guided Tours if you need further details.

 
2) How do I log out of the system?

You can either click the "Log Off" button at the top of the page or the "Log Off" text link at the bottom of the page to manually log out your account. Also, the system will automatically log you out after a period of fifteen minutes of inactivity to protect your security.

 
3) What do I need to create an account?

All you need to create an account is an active E-mail address, a password, and your name. This information allows us to uniquely identify you within the system so that we can keep all of your appointments online for easy reference at any time, day or night.

 
4) How can I get my stylist, doctor, or other provider to use the system?

Getting new providers onto the system is a simple and straight-forward process. Just have your provider contact us via E-mail at sign-up@simplyscheduling.com at any time to get started.
